Antique Piano
Here are some pictures of the 1902 Chas M. Stieff upright piano. It is in fair condition with some marks on the woodwork. This piano is beautiful and should be considered for its furniture quality more than as a piano. All the notes work, but it is out of tune on 3 or 4 of the notes. The keys are ivory. I have had it appraised and its value was determined to be $1500. Most of this value is placed in the antique furniture grade exterior.

Swingset
This swingset was built from a kit that I purchased from BYO Swingset . This is the Galaxy kit and looks just like the one on the link above. Total cost new:

This swingset took about 100 hours to build. Every piece of wood is routed and sanded to prevent splinters. It is in very good condition. The only reason we are selling is we have the park right next door that the kids use now. They want a trampoline to replace the swingset.
This is a picture of the swingset setup in it's entirety. The setup in my backyard has a shorter arm out the right side because it wouldn't fit in my yard. I have the longer overhead arm (6x6x20) and the accessories to put on it. So, you have the option of going really big or medium sized.
I am asking $500. I have all the directions for assembly. Each piece is labeled. You can come see it in Wildewood. You will need to haul it and set it up. I live at:

From route 4: Turn into Wildewood community entrance (Wildewood Parkway). Go about 2 miles until you see the swimming pool on the left. The next left is Sycamore Hollow, which is my neighborhood. Take the left into Sycamore Hollow, then take the 2nd right onto Red Bud Ln. I am the first house on the right. You can see the swingset in my backyard. I have the only yard with a fence.
